AVL CONTRACTOR

AVL Contractor has built two amazing cottages for us and will definitely be the builder to craft our “forever” home!  Communication is the most important thing to me and Luiz was always available to talk through the project and help us make the right decisions.  His subcontractors were polite and hardworking and because we lived next door to both projects we were able to keep close tabs on the people and the process.  From the framing to the finishing details no corners were cut and no questions were left unanswered.  Luiz listened when we wanted to make changes and always found a way to get it done.  Even though we added a couple substantial items to the build Luiz was able to complete it on time.  Building can seem like a daunting process but Luiz’s easy-going, “can do” attitude left us reassured and super happy with both of our sweet cottages!  THANK YOU Luiz and on to the forever house!
